All Outdoor Products fall under one of the two warranties outlined below:

Lifetime Guarantee 

Whether you bought it yesterday or in 1973, our Plain + Simple Lifetime Guarantee still applies for all sewn and wearable products, such as backpacks, duffels, bags, etc. Please note this does not include hard goods, accessories, and items with wheels, as listed below.

Three-Year Warranty

Any product with wheels such as rolling duffels, and hard goods such as hydration reservoirs, watertight boxes, bottles, tents, carabineers, trekking poles, etc. are fully guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for three (3) years from the date of purchase.


General Specifics

Our warranties apply when the product(s) have been used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions. General wear and tear, normal fading, and accidental damage is not covered by the warranty.  

Outdoor Products, at its sole discretion, will replace with a product currently available of comparable value and comparable function or issue a credit voucher for an amount not to exceed the retail replacement value of the defective item, applicable sales tax (if any), and shipping charges. The credit voucher can be redeemed to purchase any item on OutdoorProducts.com website up to the full value of the voucher.

 We will do everything possible to take care of your warranty request. Please allow up to 10 business days to process.

Our warranties do not include coverage for personal belongings that have been stored in any Outdoor Products packs or accessories. Other incidental and consequential losses are excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental and consequential damages, so this exclusion might not apply to you.

Return Policy

Outdoor Products will honor exchanges or returns on any item(s) within 45 days of purchase through outdoorproducts.com given that it has not been damaged, altered, or used. The item must be returned in new, sellable condition with all tags and stickers present. Items that have been altered, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returned items. Outdoor Products is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit to us. In order to receive a refund you MUST have an RMA #. Please fill out the form below to receive your RMA #.

If a shipping error on our part has occurred or a defective product has been delivered in error, shipping fees and restocking fees will be waived for returns and exchanges.
Please note that gear purchased at a retail location does not qualify for a return or exchange though our website, but may be covered by an Outdoor Products warranty.
Final clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless a shipping error has occurred.
We’ll do everything possible to take care of your return quickly. Please allow us 10 business days to process your return and initiate a refund to your credit card. Note that refunds may not appear on your statement for one billing cycle. Items that are returned with all required documentation will be processed as priority.

For exchanges due to reasons other than shipping errors or product defects, please follow the return procedure and guidelines and place a new order for your desired item at your convenience. Placing a new order quickly ensures that you’ll receive it in a timely manner, and that it won’t go out of stock.

Please note that from time to time, items will change price. For inquiries regarding price adjustments, please contact us. Price adjustments will be made at our discretion.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment please contact us with your order number, item number, and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.

Return Process

Step 1: Ensure your item is in new/unused condition, has not been altered or damaged in any way, and has all tags and stickers present.

Step 2: Include the Order Confirmation Number that was received upon your original purchase of the item along with your full name, shipping address, email, and phone number.

Step 3: Include your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package you are returning to us.
