Great back pack!

I purchased my first OUTDOOR PRODUCTS backpack about 6 years ago. I used it every day in many different ways for work, travel, leisure, beach bag, etc. It has surpassed my expectations by a mile. The durability and quality leaves nothing to be desired. The design and functionality are also top notch. After 5 and 1/2 years of heavy usage, the zippers began to not work properly and were no longer keeping the backpack closed on some of the sections that had more usage. This product comes with a lifetime warranty, so I was able to get a replacement shipped to my front door for FREE! I must say that I'm very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it! Thank you to OUTDOOR PRODUCTS for standing by your lifetime warranty claim!

A good backpack...but not as good as it used to be

This is my second Outdoor Products computer backpack. The first one lasted for nearly 15 years and lots of miles. I had hoped to find a version as good as my last and this is close...but not quite there. I like the separate document slots and the many useful pockets included in the design. The inclusion of a tablet pocket is great, but it isn't wide enough to accommodate my (10th gen) iPad in its case.

This pack lacks the hidden lumbar padded pocket and travel document sleeve (those two features were great!) and the laptop slot isn't as well padded (especially on the base of the pack) as my previous pack.

I hope this pack last as long as my previous one.

Delayed delivery but worth the wait

Well-made and thoughtfully designed. I miss the lumbar pocket that I have in my other Outdoor Products backpack, but I understand that this model is optimized for other uses. Hoping this five-star review counters the one-star review I gave earlier; I should have known that the delivery delays were not the fault of the product itself.

Overall great but side buckles broke first use

I really like this bag and took it on its first adventure as my personal item for my flight. On the first leg of my flight, the side straps, which keep the bag depth "small", broke on one side. I wasn't using them but it was still strange that one strap just came off the bag. Overall really like the bag - so many compartments make it easy for travel and overall very durable except for the one strap issue.
