This is my second Outdoor Products computer backpack. The first one lasted for nearly 15 years and lots of miles. I had hoped to find a version as good as my last and this is close...but not quite there. I like the separate document slots and the many useful pockets included in the design. The inclusion of a tablet pocket is great, but it isn't wide enough to accommodate my (10th gen) iPad in its case.

This pack lacks the hidden lumbar padded pocket and travel document sleeve (those two features were great!) and the laptop slot isn't as well padded (especially on the base of the pack) as my previous pack.

I hope this pack last as long as my previous one.

Well-made and thoughtfully designed. I miss the lumbar pocket that I have in my other Outdoor Products backpack, but I understand that this model is optimized for other uses. Hoping this five-star review counters the one-star review I gave earlier; I should have known that the delivery delays were not the fault of the product itself.

I really like this bag and took it on its first adventure as my personal item for my flight. On the first leg of my flight, the side straps, which keep the bag depth "small", broke on one side. I wasn't using them but it was still strange that one strap just came off the bag. Overall really like the bag - so many compartments make it easy for travel and overall very durable except for the one strap issue.

I have this backpack and carry it with me everyday. This backpack survived a rollover car crash without suffering any damage whatsoever. The contents were undamaged as well.
