I recently ordered the waist pack to replace my three year old one that finally wore out. The pack holds my wallet, phone and a few other essentials. I wear it daily even in addition to wearing a backpack when hiking. The price is very reasonable, the quality good and it’s covered by a Plain + Simple Lifetime Guarantee. My original waist pack purchased 6 years ago was easily replaced despite its condition from a lot of use. ,I’ve also purchased this pack for gifts for friends and they all agree it’s a great little pack.

I love my new Essential Waist Pack. About 5 years ago I purchased this same waist pack at Walmart. It lasted and lasted for years. I wanted a new one and luckily I kept the tag and was able to go to the website to order. The new one is great. I love the quality and the special reflective tag on the front. Other fanny packs of leather leave a stain on clothing. This one from Outdoor Products does not. I highly recommend it.

This is the 3rd fanny pack I've tried, (the other two were different brands) and the outdoor product one is by far my favorite. I'm bummed they didn't have it in green thought.

Bar none, the best designed small waist pack I've every found, with the right number of zipped compartments (three accessed from the exterior, and a small interior one!) and more capacity, especially in the largest pouch, than you'd expect. A US passport fits perfectly in the zip compartment closest to the body, which is where you want it when you're traveling abroad. Eventually I wear them out - I think I'm on my third or fourth - and it is great that Outdoor Products is continuing to make this model available, and at such a great price. I only wish they could bring back the gray and the forest-green colors they once made them in.

I LOVE this waist pack!! It is light weight and great to wear with my large backpack to keep often used items handy. Unlike other products it doesn't carry the extra weight of unneeded padding and unnecessary flaps of fabric. It is very basic with 3 zippered pockets and and interior zippered pocket. The grey is best for backpacking as the darker colors are harder to see in the late evening or inside a tent. The lighter color is less likely to be misplaced and is easier to spot in moonlight. I eagerly await for it to be restocked!!!
