I ordered the pack in Sage green. What I received was some newer black pattern. I have the pack in bright blue and it’s a decent day pack. I just wanted something that I can use for hunting. But I live in a warm climate where a black pack wont work for me. OP wouldn’t replace the pack or ship me a new one without having me send the black one back at my expense. The rep simply asked me to donate the pack to a charitable cause & refunded me. During the email exchange, I ended buying a different pack at a local store. I wouldn’t order from OP again since they either sent me the wrong pack or changed their color scheme to something vastly different from what was pictured on the website. But I’d buy their products from a local store. Customer service was responsive and I got a satisfactory resolution. But I wish they had just replaced the pack.

So far no issues. The fabric is different and better than the other bags I have purchased. Hope the stitching holds up little better. Great every day take your lunch, computer, paperwork, extra clothes, etc to work bag. Feels like it will be good for when summer is back and riding the street bike daily.
