Just got my new backpack. I love it. The transaction was simple and smooth.

I wrote a previous review- and I wrote it before moving my work gear. Absolutely exactly as the other colors are pictured- mega culpable. 5 stars for quality service and descriptions.

I have bought Outdoor products for literally decades. Great quality and killer warranty.
Seam on my previous back pack gave out. Sent it in, got the code, selected this daypack in Heathered.
There’s no picture of the pockets in this style. I selected this specifically for the mesh inner pockets, as displayed in the Midnight version.
Guess what doesn’t have the same features across the different colors?
I’m keeping it, I’ll figure out how to make it work with what I have.
But definitely disappointed. If products have different features- you should show those differences.
Total marketing fail.

I have had this day pack for over 3 years. I take a load of books + computer in to work in it every day. I love the multiple pockets to keep cables, pens books and computer separate. It's a tough backpack which is also comfortable.
