Years ago, I would have said great gear. I now say, good gear and they have a great warranty and that is what makes me keep using their products. I am on my 3rd backpack in 7 years. The 1st lasted over 5 years. Daily use, it lasted 5 years and I wasn't easy on it, it did it's job and I loved that pack. By daily use I mean I fill it with camera gear, see pic below. Use it for hiking, biking, use it for my lunch box, again I use this pack daily for EVERYTHING. Then the last pack started having issues.... The company helped me and offered me a warranty credit for a new pack after shipping my pack to them for the warranty inspection. Then the last pack made it about a year. Again, good pack, GREAT warranty. I have no issue recommending this brand to anyone!
My only question is that if I were to get caught out in a rainstorm, is the backpack waterproof enough to keep the contents inside dry? I would greatly appreciate any feedback on this matter. Thanks for your time and consideration in this matter and have a great day out there.
Great quality and durability.
This is one of the best brands I ever had. This one was a replacement from the one I bought in 2010. They are very durable and long lasting. The quality of these backpacks are great. Very comfortable to wear and the supports they have make it light weight when havimg to carry long distances. Looking forward to have this one for just as long.
